Vacancy Work Planner / Technical Drafter

Do you want to work in the dynamic world of the events industry? And do you want to make an important contribution to the realisation of our exhibition stands? Then we have a great new challenge for you!

To expand our current team, we are looking for a Works Planner/ Technical Draughtsman.

What do you do as a planner/technical draughtsman?

As a stand construction company, we largely handle complete projects. Within our technical department, we distinguish between two phases: the quotation phase, where designs are developed, and the preparation phase, where projects are technically prepared for execution.

For this second phase, we are looking for you.

You translate designs and client impressions into technical working drawings that our stand builders use during construction. You convert the exhibition floor plan into a construction drawing, which is leading for our loading lists and the further execution of the project.

In addition, you will develop CAD drawings for modular stands and organisational specials, such as theatres, pavilions, and registrations. You will also provide detailed drawings that our stand builders can use to work efficiently and accurately on site.

You contemplate the technical feasibility of each project and ensure that all drawings and technical details are fully elaborated before execution begins. In doing so, you form an important link between design and realisation.

What do we expect from you?

Preferably you have experience with our current CAD programme Pytha, however some experience with
autocad also sufficient.

You have a flexible and accurate working attitude as well as the right communication skills
characteristics, which also allow you to work well in a team.

In addition:

  • Are you stress resistant.
  • Command of the Dutch and English languages in both word and writing.
  • Are you preferably available full-time (38 hours).
  • Is it no problem for you to work overtime during peak periods.
