Are you a committed HR professional who gets energy from people, organising and the
supporting employees? Then we are looking for you!

For our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous HR adviser for 24 hours a week. In this varied role, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR matters. You will ensure that our personnel matters are well organised and actively contribute ideas towards a pleasant and professional working environment.

What are you going to do?

As an HR advisor you have a varied role and deal with various aspects of
HR. Your duties will include:

Managing and keeping track of personnel files and HR administration.
Drafting employment contracts, letters and other HR documents.
Supporting the onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding process of employees.
Answering HR-related queries from employees and managers.
Guiding and administratively supporting the absence process.
Monitoring and follow-up of occupational health and safety legislation.
Assisting with recruitment and selection, and planning and organising job interviews.
Contributing to the thought process behind and improving HR processes and procedures.
Identifying HR issues and actively raising them for discussion within the team.

And of course there are also the things that give that little bit extra: from flowers and cards to
Christmas hampers and organising team outings. Because we consider looking after employees to be at least as important.

What do we ask of you?

We are looking for someone who works carefully, makes connections easily and is happy to roll up their sleeves
stings.

In addition:

Do you have an MBO or HBO qualification in HRM, personnel management or similar;
Do you preferably have some experience in an HR or personnel role;
Are you a strong communicator and customer-focused?;
Do you work accurately and can you handle confidential information well;
Can you work independently, but also like to seek out collaboration;
Are you practically minded and do you enjoy helping to think of solutions;
Do you have a good command of the Dutch language and are you proficient in Microsoft Office?.
