Project manager fairs & events

As a project manager, you are indispensable for our relationship management. You are responsible for the realisation of trade fairs and events. In this, you are involved daily in monitoring the progress of our projects.

You will have intensive contact with our clients and will be responsible for, among other things, issuing quotes, accepting and processing orders, preparing project files for our field staff, and you will also be responsible for the final invoicing of your projects.

Occasionally, you will go on-site to oversee the construction of a project alongside our project leader. You will also serve as the internal link between our various departments, such as work preparation, planning, and the graphic print studio.

What do we ask of you?

You are confident and have a good overview. You bear a great deal of responsibility for the various projects which are simultaneously
should be prepared.

Here, it is important that you keep an accurate project schedule and communicate well with both our clients and direct colleagues.

You work in a structured way and know how to prioritise.
Due to our international nature, you are fluent in both Dutch and English (in word and writing).

Finally, you do not shy away from a bit of hectic activity, but rather get energy from it and the satisfaction of delivering a nice project together.
