Project manager fairs & events

As project manager you are indispensable for our relationship management.
You are responsible for the realization of exhibitions and events. In this you are daily
busy with the progress monitoring of our projects. You have intensive contact with our
clients and are responsible for, among other things, issuing quotes, accepting and
processing orders, working out construction maps for our field staff and you take care of
the final invoicing for your projects. Occasionally you will join us on location to supervise the construction of a
project together with our project leader.
Internally you are the link between our various departments, such as work preparation, planning and
graphic print studio.

What do we ask of you?

You have a strong character and can keep a good overview.
You bear great responsibility for the various projects which must be prepared simultaneously
. Here it is important that you keep an accurate project planning
and communicate well with both our customers and direct colleagues.

You work in a structured way and know how to set priorities.
Due to our international character, you are fluent in both Dutch and English (in word and
writing).

Finally, you do not shy away from a bit of hectic activity, but rather get energy from it and it gives you
satisfaction to deliver a beautiful project together.
