As a planner, you are the lynchpin of our operational process. You form the link between the departments
project management, graphic print studio, work preparation, warehouse and field service.
You ensure that all schedules – from employees to transport – are flawlessly aligned
.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing staff schedules for the implementation of projects
- Transportation planning, including booking hotels and flights
- The planning of production and preparatory work
- Hiring temporary workers and outside transportation during peak periods
- Compliance with laws and regulations when working on site, both nationally and internationally
In short: you keep the overview, anticipate changes and make sure everyone knows what, where
and when something needs to be done.
What do you bring?
- Experience as a planner, preferably in a dynamic work environment
- HBO work and thinking level
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and stress-resistance - you shift gears effortlessly with change
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
