We are looking for a work planner in stand construction

As a work planner, you are responsible for proper preparation of all projects and
the associated work.

What will you do?

Your goal is to achieve an optimal return on materials and services from Thijs Standbouw.
You will do this by working closely with the other departments such as: planning, inside sales,
print studio, technical draftsmen and project managers.

  • Your duties will include:
  • Requesting quotes for materials to be purchased on a project basis.
  • A stable purchasing policy based on previous years and/or new information.
  • Providing timely loading lists based on input from the technical draftsman(s).
  • Checking and monitoring projects picked up or returned to our warehouse.
  • Checking and processing the inventory changes that arise from damages or purchases in our system BLUE.
  • Proper communication to scheduling and inside sales when fabrication, pre-assembly and/or disassembly is involved.
  • Making all decisions with consideration for the safety of employees, structures and suppliers.

What do we expect from you?

You are accurate and result-oriented. You are stress resistant, flexible and able to switch quickly
. You plan and organize easily and your communication skills
and enthusiasm enable you to be an important link between our various teams.

In addition:

  • Do you have demonstrable work experience in a similar position.
  • Command of the Dutch and English language in both word and writing.
  • Are you available full-time (38 hours).
  • Is it then no problem for you to work overtime during peak periods.
